Will I be able to see a sample of the order before is it mailed?
Yes. Once I receive your order, I will send you an order confirmation to make sure that I have everything correct. If you DO NOT receive this confirmation email within 1 or 2 business days, PLEASE contact us immediately to confirm that we received your emailed approval.
Can I add a picture to my wrapper and how?
Yes, we actually encourge it!. You can definitely add a picture to your wrapper. Save your picture as a JPEG, BMP or TIFF and email it to order@wrapperlicious.com. If you have any problems sending us the picture, please do not hesitate to contact us. We'll try our best to walk you through the process.
I do not see what I'm looking for, can you create a custom design?
Absolutely! Custom work is our favorite thing to do and is welcomed. A lot of time can go into designing a wrapper with special graphics or photos with editing and will require more time to create. On custom orders, we'll create 2 to 3 different wrappers from which to choose. Once we receive your approval, the design will be sent to production.
Do you accept checks?
Yes, we accept personal checks, but be aware that payment through personal check may delay your shipment. We do not process the order until the check has cleared, which can take at least one week.
How soon can I get my order?
Shipping depends on your order. Predesigned wrappers can be shipped within 4-5 days after the wrapper is approved. Custom orders may take a little longer depending on your needs. Please note that larger orders may take more time. An email will be sent to you to let you know how long it will take to complete your order. Most products usually arrive between 7-10 business days or less after the order is approved.
What is your Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies
We encourage you to preview and check your proof carefully. We will refund or replace wrappers if misprints are due to our error only. Approving your samples mean that everything is just how you like them and they are ready to be printed. Changes can not be made after this point.
Because of health & safety issues, candy that has been handled by the customer cannot be returned or restocked. There are no exceptions on this and we hope you understand.
May I use my own art work?
Absolutely! Save your artwork as a JPEG, BMP or TIFF and email it to: orders@wrapperlicious.com.
Can you create a wrapper for a product that's not on your website?
Yes. Send us an email with your design idea and we'll do our best to make it a reality for you. We love challenges and we are really easy to work with. We have a positive, Yes We Can attitude, because anything is possible.
What type of paper do you use?
We feature a bright white, high quality Laser glossy paper, for clear, crisp high quality printing.
I have specific theme colors in mind. Can you match them for me?
Yes. We can match colors to the best of our ability. There is no extra charge for color matching. Once we create the design for you, we will email you a proof for your approval. Every monitor and printer will produce different colors so mail us your sample color for best color matching results!
How Do I Redeem My Gift Certificate?
If you receive a Gift Certificate by email from Wrapperlicious, it will contain details of who sent you the Gift Certificate, along with possibly a short message from them. The email will also contain the Gift Certificate Redemption Code. It is probably a good idea to print out this email for future reference.
The email we send you will contain a link to the Wrapperlicious website. When you are ready to check out, there will be an option for you to redeem your Gift Certificate and include Redemption Code.
May I redeem my Gift Certificate for Cash NO. Wrapperlicious Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash. The Gift Certificates are only good for purchases made from Wrapperlicious' website.
Can you scan a photograph and put it on a wrapper for me?
Absolutely. If you are not local, you will have to mail us the photo you plan to use and include a stamped, self-addressed envelope for return. Also keep in mind that mailing us the photo will require a few extra days in order to receive your order. So please send all photos well in advanced of your event.
Photograph Tips
The following tips are important to achieve a high quality picture.
1) Choose a photo that is well lit and close up
(too much background can result in a blurry picture after it has been cropped).
2) Scan your photo at 150 to 300 dpi.
3) Save your photo as jpg, gif, tif, eps, psd, bmp, ai, or pdf.
4) Do not crop your photo. We will crop for best results.
If you mail your photo, we will scan your photo and return it in original condition with your order. Include a stamped, self-addressed envelope for return.
